Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt pan.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Gradually add the sugar, oil and vanilla extract, beating until well combined. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in the buttermilk and instant coffee. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
