Ingredients
- 1 box of devil’s food cake mix

- 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg

- 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup of toffee bits
- 2 tablespoons of rainbow sprinkles
- 2 tablespoons of white sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, eggs, and water. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour batter into prepared pan, and spread evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow cake to cool completely.

Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls. Place the cake pops on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Melt remaining white chocolate chips in a double boiler. Dip the cake pops into the melted chocolate, and place back on the wax paper. Sprinkle with remaining toffee bits and rainbow sprinkles, if desired. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
