Ingredients

This chocolate cold cake recipe is easy and delicious! To make it you will need some Marie Biscuits, chocolate, butter, condensed milk, and cream. You will also need a springform pan.

To make the base of the cake you will need 200g of Marie Biscuits, 100g of melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. To make the chocolate topping you will need 200g of dark chocolate, 200ml of cream, and 200g of condensed milk.

Instructions

Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease your springform pan and set it aside.

In a food processor, blitz the Marie Biscuits until they are finely ground. Add the melted butter and cocoa powder and mix together until combined. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of the springform pan.

Bake the biscuit base for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Once done, remove from the oven and set aside to cool.

While the biscuit base is cooling, make the chocolate topping. In a small saucepan, melt the dark chocolate over a low heat. Add the cream and condensed milk, and mix together until combined. Pour the chocolate topping over the biscuit base and spread it out evenly.

Place the cake in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set. Once set, remove from the fridge and enjoy!
