Foolproof Fruit Cake Recipe

Ingredients
For the cake:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
